I rested well and had a great time.
We had trouble with the air conditioner. However, the host upgraded our room, which eased our problems for the rest of the trip, so I'll give four stars. Still, I think we had a pretty good time. Thank you for the service; we enjoyed our stay. Additionally, the breakfast was very satisfying.
Pyeongchang is really, really nice. I stayed two nights because I wanted to trek Seonjaryeong. I used a lodging pass and got an amazing special price. It was perfect for a quiet stay, and the bedding was super comfy—I slept like a baby. I usually used the breakfast, but this time I skipped it. A month ago I went to Haneul Farm, and this time I visited Seonjaryeong. It was close, which was great. I got full healing from nature.
There is nothing around, but it’s great for a comfortable rest. The room condition is top-notch!
The facilities were clean and quiet, which I liked. I had a nice, affordable stay.
The staff were very kind and the room was very clean. We went with our two kids and had a great time in the loft.

I visited Pyeongchang again after about 10 years. I booked Ramada Suites Pyeongchang and went; it was still pretty, had a great view, and I had a good rest. I also used a Stay Festa coupon so it was really affordable.
Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Pyeongchang is implementing regulations on single-use plastics due to government guidelines effective from 2022.
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap are provided as multi-use products, and other disposable amenities, including toothbrushes, can be purchased from vending machines in the hotel.
