Friendly, clean, and pretty good overall.

It was convenient being close to the station, and the room was in good condition.

The soundproofing is poor and it's noisy, so it's not great.
This room was good too. The computer worked well and I was able to relax comfortably!
The bed was very hard and the bedding was in poor condition; it was yellowed and felt unpleasant. The location is also an issue, and the cleanliness was worse than expected, so improvements are needed.
Installation of the electric vehicle charger is complete.
The 1:1 parking rooms are drive-in style.
Rooms other than the drive-in style are located on the 3rd and 4th floors and do not offer 1:1 parking. Please be aware of this to avoid any confusion.^^
The standard occupancy upon check-in is 2 people. There is a 10,000 won fee for each additional person and 10,000 won for each additional set of bedding. Please check the app for the maximum occupancy when making your reservation.
