Random rooms (Deluxe Room to Family Premier Room) are assigned at the hotel’s discretion; if you wish to

change rooms, a price difference will apply (subject to availability).

Re-entry is not permitted after an early checkout.

Excessive consumption of food in the room (including fish and cooking) is prohibited.

Please contact us in advance if you plan to check in after midnight.

Visitors are not permitted after 9:00 PM (additional guest fees apply if visitors are present).

Only one parking space per room is allowed.

Please note that parking may not be available if the hotel lot is full (including registered parking).

Mixed-gender occupancy is not permitted in standard rooms. Mixed-gender occupancy is only allowed in the Family Series rooms.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse mixed-gender occupancy.

All rooms are non-smoking. If caught smoking, you will be immediately asked to check out and will be subject to a fine of 200,000 won.
