Clear pros and cons Pros The interior is clean and definitely feels new. The room is spacious and, being a non-smoking room, comfortable. The bathroom, toilet, and sink are separated into different spaces, making them convenient to use. The location is convenient for getting anywhere in downtown Daejeon, and it feels safe even for solo travelers. If a problem occurs, the owner responds proactively. Cons Even for consecutive-night stays, the default policy is that housekeeping and towel refills are not provided unless requested at check-in. I stayed three nights; when I returned after my plans on the second day I thought the room cleaning had been missed, but I was told that many guests dislike cleaning while they are absent, so that is the usual policy. I had planned a very busy schedule for the first two days and to relax afterward, so this was quite inconvenient.

Seongsimdang is nearby, and the hotel condition and the small thoughtful touches for guests were perfect! I had comfortable nights during my 2-night, 3-day stay and it was very good! I will likely use this place again. Thank you.
