The Main Building, Annex A, and Annex B are all within a 1-minute walk of each other.

Main Building - 7 outdoor parking spaces, 10 tower parking spaces available. Tower parking specifications: height 1500mm / width 2000mm / weight 2000kg.
Annex A - 14 parking spaces available at Annex A parking lot.
Annex B - 12 parking spaces available at Annex B parking lot.
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and advance reservations are not possible.
Room refunds are not possible due to a full parking lot.
Only guests registered at check-in are allowed to enter.

If guests do not check in by 04:00 AM the next day without prior phone contact or notification after booking, the reservation will be automatically canceled (processed as check-out).
Extending the usage time costs 10,000 KRW per hour. However, extensions may not be possible depending on the day's circumstances. If the check-out time is exceeded, charges will be automatically added and applied.
If any items such as structures, furniture, or fixtures are damaged or contaminated, compensation for the equivalent amount must be paid.
If excessive noise, violence, or inter-floor noise from unreasonable recreation or drinking in the room disturbs other guests, guests will be asked to vacate immediately, and no refund will be issued.
Portable gas stoves and all types of open flames are prohibited.
For multi-night stays on weekends, there is a weekend day-use fee.

This is a place I visit often. There are lots of things to do nearby and parking is convenient. The interior is clean, and honestly, even after visiting many places, I only go to Keila. If I need to stay in Uijeongbu, I don't look anywhere else—I just type Keila into the search bar. After visiting many places, Keila is the best in Uijeongbu. 👍
Clean, good value for money. I have been to many places in Uijeongbu and this is the best. I visited the main building and Buildings A and B, and Keila is the best in Uijeongbu. 👍

There are many restaurants nearby and the staff are friendly.
I go really often... One month I stayed five times. But this time I booked with my account. When I tried to check in at the kiosk, my name was not on the reservation list so I couldn't check in. I called the manager and they said that reservations made through Yanolja require hotel staff to manually transfer the reservation information. They told me they would give me a room for now, so just go up. The interior is nice. That's why I go often. But I learned something new this time: if you book through Yanolja and the staff haven't moved the list in advance or done their work, your reservation won't be registered. Thanks to that I was a bit flustered in front of the check-in kiosk~~
