For 3 or more people, we recommend using a family room or booking an additional room.

1. Mandatory to inform if visiting by car!! Parking space needs to be secured.

2. Standard rooms do not have Netflix or parking. (No PC available)

3. Cancellations due to denied entry for minors are not possible.

(Adults may also be denied entry without ID, and cancellations/refunds are not possible.)

4. We are not responsible for disadvantages caused by not being familiar with the notices.

5. In case of violation of the above rules or use that does not comply with other regulations, guests may be asked to vacate immediately. (Refunds and cancellations are not possible.)

6. An additional fee may apply if 15 minutes pass from each checkout time. (Separate from checkout call)

1. For minor reservations, entry and cancellation are absolutely not possible.

2. Even if you are an adult, entry may be denied if you do not bring your ID, and this does not constitute a reason for cancellation.

3. In case of overbooking of the reserved room, you may be randomly assigned to another room of the same class/an upgraded room.

4. Absolutely no additional guests are allowed for co-ed groups.

(3 or more people are allowed only for same-sex groups or families, and family proof documents may be requested. (Party rooms are available for co-ed groups))

5. Standard rooms and Twin rooms can accommodate up to 2 people / Deluxe rooms and Friends rooms up to 3 people / Family rooms 4 people / Party rooms up to 8 people.

6. Cancellations due to personal reasons do not constitute a reason for refund.

7. We cannot assist with disadvantages caused by not being familiar with the notices.

8. PCs are reset upon reboot for privacy protection and are not intended for gaming, so refund requests related to specifications or usage do not constitute a reason for refund.

1. All guests can enter after ID verification.

2. A deposit of 100,000 KRW for party room facilities must be prepared. (Transfer or cash substitution is not allowed)

-Immediately refunded after inspection upon checkout

-In case of facility damage/theft/loss/excessive contamination (vomit, etc.) / large waste generation, it will be deducted from the deposit, and any excess amount will be fully charged to the booker civilly and criminally.

3. After booking a party room, cancellations outside of the regulations are not possible under any circumstances.

4. 1 car can be parked for free, and an additional 20,000 KRW parking fee will be charged per car for additional use. (Inquiries about additional vehicles require prior contact, and may not be possible depending on the parking situation on the day.)

5. We will contact you in advance for usage guidance after booking.

If you do not receive the call and there are deficiencies such as a deposit or ID, smooth entry may be difficult.

6. We will contact and guide you in advance if violations occur during use. If you do not respond to contact, forced entry and eviction measures may be taken, and please understand that refunds and cancellations are not possible in this regard.

7. Karaoke facilities can be used until 2:00 AM.

1. Water can be refilled once, up to 2 bottles.

2. Chargers and bathrobes can be borrowed from the front desk. (Free)

3. Please inquire at the front desk for a set of disposable items. (Paid)

4. Soju glasses/wine glasses/beer glasses/headsets/hair straighteners/board games/wine openers, etc., are available for rent.

5. Standard rooms do not allow parking or Netflix use.

Unauthorized parking in standard rooms or visiting without prior arrangement may result in eviction or forced towing without notice, so please park in another location.

6. Motorcycles are not allowed in the parking lot.

7. Parking may not be available depending on the parking lot situation, so please check with the property in advance.

8. [Friends Twin] rooms have two single beds side by side, and two sets of bedding are also provided.

Unauthorized removal of items from the facility will be handled according to appropriate procedures.

7. Weekly regular disinfection and sterilization of rooms in partnership with professional disinfection company CESCO

8. High-quality pure cotton gowns and mobile phone chargers are available for rent at the front desk.

1. We do not offer valet parking.

(Please understand that this was an unavoidable decision due to too many guests expressing discomfort with others moving their cars.)

2. Rear parking is the rule, so you must park directly and accurately within the lines, and car keys must be kept at the front desk.

3. If you do not want staff to move your car for double parking, you can come down yourself when contacted about your room. (In this case, if you do not explicitly tell us, staff may move it directly. If you do not want this, you must explicitly inform us.)

4. Parking is not available for standard rooms (no parking).

5. Parking space is limited, so please confirm parking availability when booking in advance.

6. Since space is secured based on the presence of a car at the time of booking, please understand that parking may not be available for cars not informed in advance.

Cancellations and refunds due to the above reasons are not possible.
