The facilities are clean and I had a great time.

The location is good. Jongno is close enough to walk to, so it was convenient to park the car and go out. The room condition was not very good. There were exposed wires near the bathroom roughly wrapped with insulating tape and left unattended, and the bathroom door was a glass door open at the top and bottom. Below the TV there was an unfinished section of wall sticking out, and a piece of metal was left embedded in the wall next to the bed. When you open the window it is completely blocked by what appears to be the building exterior, so ventilation was impossible. The outlets at the bedside and vanity were broken, so only the outlet under the TV worked, and I was annoyed by a note telling guests to use the outlet under the TV as if that were normal. Soundproofing is unbelievably bad — you can hear sounds not only from the adjacent room but from the whole floor. Amenities were sold for 1,000 won each. Since the location is good, this place might be fine for people who do not care about room condition.

The room was clean, the water temperature and pressure were fine, the AC was strong, and it was a nice place to rest haha.

The room was spacious, great even for a group of guys. Slept well.

I went with three friends on Saturday the 20th. We checked in at 8, which honestly surprised us. We had booked a twin room and quickly paid the additional 15,000 won. When we arrived that day, there were no shower gowns, towels, or slippers prepared for the three of us. I told the owner, and over the phone he said he could bring slippers but that there were no shower gowns left, which was absurd. So I went and paid the extra fee in person, and when I argued that preparing three shower gowns should be obvious when charging for three people, only then did he say he would bring the shower gowns. He said the shower gowns were being washed and would be dried and brought, but the ones he brought were not properly dried and smelled strongly of mildew/fishy water odor. Because I could not wear the shower gown, one person ended up sleeping in their clothes. If they charge extra for three people, I think it is natural to prepare three shower gowns, towels, and slippers. We did pay for it, after all. Oh, and you have to buy the toiletries here — they cost 1,000 won. Also, the soundproofing is terrible. The rooms are packed very tightly together! *I usually avoid leaving reviews, but this was so upsetting and rude that I had to write one. I hope this is helpful.
