From Exit 5 of Sinyongsan Station, go straight and you will see the large signs for Paik's Coffee Sinyongsan branch and Kwangdong Susan nearby.

I like it. It's really close to the station, there is a convenience store in front, and I-Park Mall nearby—so great!
I had a peaceful, quiet rest.
I used it for a short stay (day-use) and the facilities were fine~~~~~~~

I had to book a place urgently and this was the only option left besides Noble Hotel, so I booked it for 90,000 won. It looked a bit surprising from the outside, but check-in was possible even at dawn and the room was fine for one night's stay. However, the air freshener scent was too strong when entering, there were no windows so ventilation was impossible, and there was no vent in the bathroom :( Heating and cooling worked well, and the provided amenities were good. There is a subway station nearby so you could hear trains, but it wasn't extremely loud so it was okay. Sensitive people might find it difficult. The value for the price was not great, but it was close to Yongsan Station and I was glad I could at least sleep here..! Still, it was too expensive..
It was a good place to rest for a short time.
