The staff were very kind and the parking was ample, so that was convenient. However, the room felt very worn and outdated. The shower area was not completely separated from the bedroom, so you could clearly hear showering from the bed, and the humidity drifted toward the bed. The water pressure was disappointing. The shower head was covered in white limescale. There were cobwebs on the light fixtures, which made it feel like maintenance was neglected. The outlet (used for the hair dryer) was not fixed in place, so it felt very unstable when plugging in, and it was right next to the sink, which made me worry about water splashing. There was also some hair collected behind the sink, making me question whether it had been cleaned. The toilet had no power, so we had to flush it manually, and I could not understand the explanation that they were too busy on the weekend to check it. Even if it was the weekend, I find it hard to accept that they would hand over a room that was not properly prepared. I booked because the rating was fairly high and there was a special price, but the discount was only 5,000 won, and I regretted not paying an extra 50,000 won to stay in a decent place instead of using this room for a 5,000 won discount. Overall, I was satisfied with the staff service, but the condition of the facilities was so bad that I do not think I will ever visit again.
