I booked and visited during this holiday. I reserved through the site for 95,000 won, but when I arrived they said the on-site price was 75,000 won. I couldn't understand it, so I called customer service. Because it was a weekend evening, I could not get through. I tried to cancel and pay on-site, but cancellation was not allowed. I lost 20,000 won right in front of me. The next day I contacted customer service again. Yanolja said the amount on Yanolja is set by the hotel and they do not know about differences. If the hotel is raising prices to take advantage of the holiday demand, wouldn't they also charge more on-site? That is all I could think. It feels like Yanolja is benefiting from the holiday surge. They keep saying lowest price, lowest price, but I feel stabbed in the back. Even if the hotel charged Yanolja a higher amount, I feel like I was the only one taken advantage of, so I will never use Yanolja again. Everyone should call the hotel before booking to ask the on-site price and then make payment.

I booked this place to accommodate a group for a family event. I can't speak for the other rooms, but our room was in truly terrible condition. There were dried food and broth stains on the floor, the whole floor was sticky, and after walking around in socks for only a short time the soles of my socks turned black. The room smelled like a damp storage room, so I opened the window to ventilate, but there was no screen so insects could get in. I tried to tolerate it because the weather was nice, but the worst part was the bedding. There was hair on the bedding, and the pillow smelled like unwashed hair/scalp—you know that smell. Because of that smell I ended up not using the pillow. We brought elderly relatives and left feeling full of regret.

It felt like old downtown, but there was a market nearby and a simple breakfast service, which I really liked. We added one person so four of us used the room; it was spacious and we rested well. However, my husband injured his foot on the edge of the shower threshold in the bathroom. The stainless steel corner is sharp, so please check it.
