Selecting a vehicle with the “Walking Special” rate will incur a parking fee (equal to the price difference between this room and a Standard Room).

Guests arriving by car, please book a Standard (Random) room instead!!!

Even guests who check in late at night via the app

must check out by the designated check-out time.

After that time, an extension fee will apply.

Our policy does not allow stays of 12 hours or more after check-in.

Please adhere to the check-out time.

In the event of severe staining of any linens—including sheets, pillows, and carpets—caused by food, dye, or menstrual blood,

you will be required to pay compensation.

Linens are not disposable items; they are washed, dried,

and disinfected for reuse.

They are often discarded due to severe staining,

and since they are not inexpensive, please be sure to keep this in mind.

The use of hair dye is prohibited; any damage to the room resulting from this will be documented with photos, and a compensation claim will be filed.

If you use balloons containing glitter for celebrations such as parties,

please do not pop them under any circumstances.

The glitter sticks to the floor, making it impossible to vacuum up or

sweep away, which multiplies the time required for cleaning.

We recommend that you store valuables and cash at the front desk.

Please check your belongings one more time before checking out,

as the hotel will not compensate for any lost personal items.

Due to their nature, food items will not be stored and will be disposed of immediately.

In the event of theft, damage, or destruction of any provided items, we will claim compensation for damages based on the supplier’s standards.

1. Minors are strictly prohibited from entering.

We will verify your ID, so please be sure to bring it with you.

(If entry is denied due to failure to present ID, refunds are absolutely not possible!!!)

2. Mixed-gender occupancy is not permitted for groups of three or more people, excluding family members.

3. Pets are not allowed.

4. A cancellation fee will apply for cancellations due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons.

5. Any behavior that causes harm or discomfort to others is grounds for immediate eviction.

6. Due to the nature of a design hotel, you may be assigned a room with a design different from the one shown in the photos.

7. The fee for renting bedding is 10,000 won.

8. Please return your key card when going out or checking out. A fee of 30,000 won will be charged if it is lost.

9. Infants under 3 years of age are not permitted.

10. Freshly ground coffee and ice are provided free of charge.

All guest rooms at our hotel are equipped with PC-free computers.

These high-spec PCs come pre-installed with various popular games and are powerful enough to ensure a smooth gaming experience.

For TV and movie on-demand, MovieNet is installed. (Netflix is available upon separate request.)

Please inquire at the front desk, and we will provide it separately for you.

All linens are washed at high temperatures, sterilized with ionization, and disinfected

before being provided, and we replace them after each use, so please rest assured!

You may use the “Suseong Plaza” parking garage from B1 to B3 free of charge.

Since the parking garage is located within a mixed-use building, it is extremely crowded and may reach capacity.

Even if you contact us regarding a lack of parking spaces, there is nowhere else to park except in our building, so we are unable to assist you.

(We do not accept phone inquiries regarding parking. We recommend that you check availability yourself in advance, park, and then make your reservation.)

Please provide your license plate number to the front desk upon check-in. One vehicle per room can be registered for free.

If the parking lot is full, please use the public parking lot. (Parking registration is not available there.)

There is an underground public parking lot and an above-ground public parking lot in front of the building.

Use for 1 hour and 30 minutes or less: Free

Overnight (from 9:30 PM to 10:00 AM the following morning): Free

In most cases when the lot is full, guests park at the public parking lot and then move their vehicle back to the hotel parking lot within 1 hour and 30 minutes once a spot becomes available.

We appreciate your understanding and patience despite any inconvenience this may cause.

The front desk is located on the 7th floor of Suseong Plaza, in front of the Dongtan North Plaza public parking lot.

Customers using the airport limousine service should get off at the Ramada Hotel stop and

walk toward North Plaza; you will see the Pandora Hotel sign on your left. (Approximately a 2-minute walk)
