The Grand Suite accommodates up to 6 guests (based on 2 guests), the VIP Room accommodates up to 3 guests (based on 2 guests), and all other rooms accommodate up to 2 guests (no additional guests allowed). A fee of 20,000 won per person will be charged for guests exceeding the standard occupancy.
1) The maximum number of guests allowed in a party room is 6.
2) Rates for all rooms are based on 2 guests; an additional fee of 20,000 won per person applies for extra guests.
3) Minors not accompanied by a legal guardian are not permitted to check in.
- Please bring a valid ID.
- If you do not present valid identification, you may be denied access,
and you will be held responsible for any resulting consequences.
4) Unauthorized entry by guests not included in the reservation will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
5) Karaoke and screen usage hours are from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM (Not available in the morning)
6) Cooking is prohibited. Takeout and delivery of strongly odorous foods, such as seafood and skate, are prohibited.
7) This is a non-smoking room. Unauthorized smoking inside the room will result in immediate eviction and liability for damages.
8) Balloons are prohibited (guests will be held liable for compensation if balloons cause additional cleaning costs or damage to the walls).

No Cooking or Outside Food: Cooking and the use of portable stoves are prohibited within the hotel. Additionally, the packaging and delivery of strongly odorous foods (such as skate and seafood) are prohibited.
Bathroom Usage Precautions: Dyeing hair in the bathroom (or guest room) is prohibited. (Claims for damages will be filed in the event of staining.)
No Smoking and Fire Prevention: Smoking in the guest room will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. You will be held liable for damages if throwing cigarette butts or ash out the window causes a fire or property damage.
Care of Linens and Amenities: A laundry fee of 50,000 won will be charged for soiled towels or bedding. Please be careful, as compensation may be charged for damage to other amenities.
Please refrain from loud noise or behavior that may cause inconvenience to others during your stay.

I always get a good rest when I visit Cheonghak-ri.
In room 309 the sink water does not drain. The bidet does not work, and there is a strong sewage smell. There are bugs and a lot of pink mold and stains.
I come here often, so maybe that's why it feels comfortable~~

I use this often. I'll use it again.
I like that it's very spacious. Given that karaoke rooms are typically underground, it can't be helped, but it's a bit disappointing.
It's clean and has a large parking lot, which I like.
