The cleanliness and room decor made for a comfortable stay, which I appreciated.
Private hot spring attached to the room
Had a great, budget-friendly stay.
I was satisfied because the indoor cleaning was well done. The large hot spring was also excellent.
I stayed with just my daughter to enjoy the hot springs and overnight. The interior must have been remodeled because it was clean, and compared to other 4-star hotels it was the best. However, the hallway lights leading to the rooms were too dim, and of the two elevators one was under renovation, so using only one elevator was inconvenient during movement. There were no nearby places to eat, so after the hot spring the only option was the Korean restaurant, but the menu was very limited and the prices were rather high. In particular, while most staff were friendly, the Korean restaurant staff were not friendly. It was the same at breakfast. The breakfast menu was also too meager for the price. The hot spring was wonderful, and although some facilities are old, if they remodel and improve the facilities and the Korean restaurant, I would like to come back with my whole family.

Deokgu Hot Spring Hotel is a great healing place to stay any time. We stayed two nights and had a wonderful time at the hot spring spa with the kids. Highly recommend.
The bedding and room atmosphere were really nice, but the soundproofing and ventilation were poor, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the hot spring water was soft and absolutely lovely!

I liked that there was a discount for the hot springs and Spa World. It wasn't like brand new, but it was clean.
The hot spring water is wonderful; my skin became smooth. I want to go again.
It is in the mountains so the air is nice, the room was well cleaned and tidy, the bedding smelled nice, and since the shower water is hot spring water, my skin feels silky after showering. Aside from the TV being a bit small, I am very satisfied.
