(If you attempt to occupy a room with members of the opposite sex upon arrival after making a reservation, no refund will be issued, and you will be required to check out immediately.)

Reasons for Additional Charges

• Damage, defacement, soiling, or theft of room amenities, electronic devices, furniture, linens, wallpaper, or walls (including ceilings)

• Discovery of excessive food waste or trash in the room

Important Notes

• Replacement and restoration costs resulting from damage to room facilities, broken electronic devices, excessive trash, or soiled linens will be billed separately.

• Actual damages will be charged if problems arise from moving furniture within the room without authorization.

• The above items may result in civil or criminal liability.

Other Amenities: All rooms are equipped with an all-in-one PC, bidet, Wi-Fi, and VOD. (❗❗❗Some rooms may not have a PC.)

Items for Rent: Hair straighteners and cell phone chargers are available for rent (ID or deposit required).

Please note that rates may vary during peak seasons, specific dates, and public holidays (including the day before).

Cancellations for advance reservations are possible up to one day before the check-in date, but same-day cancellations and refunds are not possible. (However, during peak season, cancellations are possible up to 7 days before the check-in date).

There are cases where reservations are made with incorrect dates.

We kindly ask you to double-check your reservation dates before booking.

Accommodation reservations made for past dates due to an error in the reservation date are non-refundable,

and we must emphasize once again that our hotel cannot take any action to resolve such issues.
