If you have not received a text message with mobile pre-check-in instructions by the afternoon of the day before your stay, please contact the hotel or check in at the Grand Walkerhill Seoul front desk on the day of your stay.
After picking up your room key at Grand Walkerhill Seoul, you can take the hotel shuttle to Douglas House.

ⓛ Check the text message sent at 10:00 AM one day before your stay regarding pre-registration for mobile check-in.
② Enter your last name (in English) and the last 4 digits of your cell phone number to proceed with pre-check-in.
③ Complete pre-check-in by filling out the e-registration card, making payment, and entering your guarantee card information
④ The hotel will issue a QR code after 3:00 PM (check-in time) on the day of your stay
Scan the QR code at the mobile check-in kiosk located in the Douglas House lobby to receive your room key

Please bring your own sneakers when using the fitness facilities.

This was a Seoul hotel where you can use the pool and enjoy it privately.

Douglas House is so nice~ no words~ Because it is a no-kids zone it feels private with a forest-healing vibe. It includes a cozy river-view lounge, so you can easily have a simple breakfast or an evening drink. You can use facilities like the pool at the main hotel, and I want to go again.
They kindly helped with various personal requests, and the service was exceptional.
