For multi-night stays, late-checkout packages are more affordable but require you to vacate the room by the designated time.

We welcome reservations and inquiries at any time.

We encourage you to take advantage of our affordable late check-in and late check-out options; however, please note that late check-in is not available for consecutive nights.

1: When guests departing for Namwon contact Queens (063-635-1800) from their departure location, we may, depending on availability, assign them a room that is a higher category than the one they reserved.

2: Upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide you with your room number. You may park in the parking space designated for that room and check in immediately; vehicles for your party should be parked in the outdoor parking lot.

3: When leaving your room, be sure to press the “Leaving” button located under the coat hanger. If you have locked the manual handle in the middle, you’ll need to unlock it manually.

4: When returning to your room, please press the “Returning” button on the pillar to the right of your designated parking space.

5: Queens’ hearty breakfast service is available from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Simply call the front desk to have breakfast delivered to your room.

6: Male business travelers will receive one pair of socks upon request.

6: If you are checking out the next day, please be sure to press the “Check-out” button, not the “Leaving the Hotel” button...

7. Please note that your reserved room may be changed to an available room of the same class depending on hotel availability.

Layout: 1 double bedroom + 1 ondol room for 3–4 people + 1 single bedroom + living room + 1 bathroom

Usage Guidelines:

Team training, large families, business trips, or gatherings

Meals are not provided.

The standard occupancy is 5 people; there is an additional fee of 15,000 won per person for extra guests.

The 3rd floor is accessed via a separate, independent staircase—not the drive-in at the end of the building—and is for the exclusive use of pension guests.

Parking is available in the spacious outdoor parking lot.
