The place was clean and the view was great. If I get the chance, I'd like to visit again. I had a very restful stay.
The room was nice, but I couldn't sleep until midnight because of the thumping noise from the upstairs.
Overall, it was clean.

Summary of behaviors observed while staying long-term watching the front desk staff 1. Do not call an employee "Hey!" in front of guests. 2. Do not speak informally to male staff in front of guests. 3. Do not mutter to yourself in front of guests, such as "I don't know" or similar solo remarks. 4. Do not show annoyance or do sloppy work while appearing bothered. 5. Do not sigh, show irritation, or make unpleasant facial expressions in front of guests. 6. When answering the phone, do not say "Yes?" in a dismissive way. Respond politely. 7. Do not handle phone calls carelessly. Treat callers the same as guests who come in person, please. 8. Do not call staff names or speak to them disrespectfully where guests can hear. 9. Do not have private conversations, gossip, or idle chat in front of guests. 10. Do not ignore guests or show that they are a bother with your expression. 11. If you cannot even maintain basic manners, do not stand at the front desk. You seem like someone who has been at that hotel a while, so please set a good example. I probably will not return because of you, but since you may not know, I am leaving these behavioral guidelines.
The bed is comfortable and I like it. Everything is good and convenient, but the female front desk staff's attitude was really awful! I had a lost item and when I called back she didn't even say hello. *^^* When I went back to pick it up she was very, very rude so I don't want to come again! 😁👍 Are people from the Gyeongsang-do region usually not answering with hello on the phone~? The male front desk staff is friendly.
I don't know how many times I've used it. It's the best located and cleanest accommodation in Seongnam-dong~ They hold events often so it's nice! The staff are also friendly.
For business trips to Ulsan, always Riverside. Satisfied.
It was clean, spacious, and nice. Electric cars can't park in the tower, so you have to park in the public parking lot. They refund the fee in cash.
I use this accommodation on every business trip; it's very nice.
