Pyeongtaek Sevilla Hotel

The room smells strongly of cigarette smoke. There is no bathroom door, and the staff were very rude. 1. When I was about to go out with my car key, one staff member muttered loudly as if for me to hear, "Ah... I'm so busy..." I felt like I was not a guest but someone living off them. 2. When I tried to leave my key, the staff complained, "You park your own car. Do we have to park cars for every long-stay guest?" I could not understand why they were even sitting at the counter if they behaved like that. They asked, "Do you know this is a hotel?" If so, then remove parking options and the parking lot to match whatever standard they think is appropriate. Do not put up a sign advertising valet parking and then whine about not wanting to park cars. If you are too busy to deal with customers, hire part-time staff, or reduce services and operate unmanned. I spent my money and left in a bad mood, so I will never go near this place again.
