I stayed in Pocheon for one night and two days over the holiday. First, it was a really good accommodation for the price. I loved that there was a styler and a bidet! If I have to point out shortcomings: There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the elevator, and the building itself is somewhat old, so you have to take that into account.
I am grateful for the owner's kindness, and in the cold weather the heating worked well so I slept warmly.
