I booked two nights to stay comfortably in one place. In the end it was not comfortable at all, I kept having to move rooms and my schedule was disrupted. When I first checked into the room, some lights would not turn on and the bathroom door had no handle, so I asked to change rooms. I was told they were fully booked and to wait while they checked and called me, so I waited despite having plans. They gave me another room and said the water pressure was weak so I should flush twice. I had to rush out to keep my schedule, and when I came back and checked, the toilet still did not fill after flushing twice. I had to change rooms again, which was inconvenient, so I tried to tolerate it, but there was a bad smell and I had to sprinkle water while flushing. The next day I had plans but could not use the bathroom, so I went down to the front desk to request a room change or a refund, but no one was there, so I called. They came 15–20 minutes later. They asked if I had been told to flush twice, checked, and said that was exactly what they had said. I was speechless and said, "What?" and they just said, "Oh, move rooms." Honestly I wanted a refund and to go somewhere else, but I didn't want to ruin the trip, so I accepted the room change and kept putting up with it. It still left me in a bad mood. The elevator smelled and a nail was stuck in my shoe. I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but I am leaving this one.
I used the underground parking, but there was trash strewn everywhere so my first impression was bad 😢 Maybe because it was a weekday, there was never a staff member at the front desk when I went, so I did self check-in and only saw someone for the first time at checkout... haha The corridor smelled strongly of a diffuser and it felt stuffy and unpleasant... The room was clean. But when you enter there is no shoe cabinet and the room is right there; the disposable slippers will be very uncomfortable for men with large feet. The bathroom has no step, so water could flow out—be careful. The towels smelled musty 😢 Also, it seems there is no separate control for the lights? You have to go to each switch and press them one by one to turn lights on and off... The pluses are the bed is a motion bed so it's comfortable and the lights are bright. There is a clothing sterilizer which is nice, but it smelled musty inside the sterilizer too...

Special deals available on Standard Double and Standard Twin rooms on lower floors.
Since the hotel’s floor numbering starts from B1 (below ground level) relative to the lobby, the actual floor is the 3rd floor. Because the hotel is located on a hill by the sea, it offers a better view than hotels on flat ground!
All rooms face south and feature a private terrace.
When viewing the ocean from inside the room, power lines from the building in front may obstruct the view; therefore, if you prefer an unobstructed ocean view, we recommend booking a room on the standard floors (3rd–4th floors).
We offer a discount of approximately 10% off the standard rate for consecutive-night stays in Standard Double, Standard Twin, Deluxe Twin, Deluxe Family Twin, and Family Suite rooms.
- The multi-night discount applies only to stays of two nights or more; for one-night reservations, the difference in price must be paid on-site. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation^^
- Deluxe Family Double, Deluxe Family Twin, and Deluxe Triple rooms are located on the first floor, so ocean views from inside the room are limited. However, the ocean is visible beyond the artificial turf when you step outside. These are open-concept rooms, recommended for families or groups of three or more for extended stays.
- If you are staying on the first floor or higher with a group of four or more, we recommend the Family Suite (floors 2–4) or the Glazheim Suite (4th floor).
