Aging is not the issue; the hygiene is very poorly managed. I probably will never go again.

As soon as I entered room 502, a very strong foul smell hit me. The smell, plus the bathroom water-control device was problematic, and the lights were very dim, so I could not sleep because of the odor.

Room 501 smells strongly of cigarette smoke. I booked because it said all rooms were non-smoking, but it was very hard to tolerate.

This motel offered great satisfaction for the price. The room was kept tidy and the basic amenities were well provided, so I was able to rest comfortably. For this price, the condition felt very good value, and the location was convenient to use. It's a place that's easy to use without burden, so I plan to return.

The surrounding commercial area is good, so it’s great for going out and having fun.

It was very dirty. The parking was terrible, so I used the paid parking in front. The bathroom faucet looked like it had never been cleaned since installation, and as soon as I entered the room there was a cigarette smell, two tattered chairs with upholstery falling off, and a mattress with all the springs broken. Really the worst.

There is no place like this in Yeonsan-dong; it's very nice.
