The atmosphere is nice and it's quiet, so I like it!
It was wonderful. It's quiet, the staff were kind, and I leave feeling satisfied after a relaxing stay!
Parking was very difficult, and the room was very humid and noisy.
It was nice that there was a parking lot, and I enjoyed the tea. However, Netflix did not work, which was disappointing.

I was randomly assigned the underground LP room, and I was worried because there were no windows, but it was cleaner and more comfortable than I expected. If you like darkness, there is no light at all, so even in the bright daytime you can sleep cozily, which is an advantage. One downside is that there is no mirror except in the bathroom. There is no power outlet in the bathroom, so you have to dry your hair outside, and it was a bit inconvenient because there was no mirror. :( Still, it was clean, so I would consider using it again.
Clean, and the TV is large. Convenient.

Cancellations/refunds due to refusal of entry resulting from reservations for mixed-gender minors are not possible.
The standard occupancy is 2 people. For additional guests, a 20,000 KRW on-site payment per person is required. For special rooms, mixed-gender groups of 3 or more, other than family units, are not permitted.
Please note that this partner property is a non-smoking building. If indoor smoking is detected, a fine and ancillary costs related to odor removal may be charged in accordance with Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act.
Compensation may be requested for excessive damage to laundry, wallpaper, furniture, etc. The use of tape for events, and fire hazards such as gunpowder and fireworks are prohibited. In case of damage or fire after use, liability for compensation may be charged.
Rooms cannot be used for purposes other than accommodation. For commercial video filming, please inquire in advance.
In accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act, all cash and other valuables, as well as valuables in vehicles, must be stored at the front desk. The partner property is not responsible for cash or other valuables not stored at the front desk.
When going out after check-in, please leave your card key at the front desk if possible. A fee may be charged if the card key is lost.
If excessive noise is generated due to acts such as drinking or loud singing, guests may be asked to vacate immediately, and no refund will be processed.
In case of damage or theft of room items, criminal charges may apply depending on the circumstances.
OTT services such as Netflix can be used for free with your own account.
When staying for multiple nights on weekends and public holidays, an additional 50,000 KRW per night will be charged. Please inquire to ensure a comfortable multi-night stay.
In line with ESG management that prioritizes environmental considerations, some disposable amenity sets are available for purchase. Please inquire at the front desk for purchase.
Reusable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the rooms are free to use.

Parking is limited to 1 vehicle per room (total 10 spaces).
For walk-in reservations, parking is not available, so please be sure to select vehicle reservation on the booking screen.
If the parking lot is full, please check and use nearby public parking lots (KT branch public parking lot / Geumchon-dong 771-2).
Due to limited space, parking may be restricted depending on the type of vehicle. For SUVs, luxury sedans, imported cars, or vehicles with high or low chassis, please check with the partner property in advance regarding parking availability.
※ To ensure safe and pleasant sauna use, please strictly adhere to the following:
1. Absolutely no pouring water on the stone heater or placing towels: There is a risk of overheating, short circuits, and fire. Do not pour water or place items like towels on the heater device.
2. No personal belongings or food allowed: Due to the risk of item deformation and ignition from high temperatures, please store personal belongings outside. Please refrain from bringing food to maintain a pleasant environment.
3. Responsibility for violating safety rules: In case of fire or facility damage due to violation of usage rules or negligence, compensation for damages may be claimed in accordance with Article 750 of the Civil Act, and criminal liability (for accidental fire) may apply under relevant laws. These measures are for everyone's safety, so we appreciate your active cooperation.
