We have replaced all guest room mattresses with top-of-the-line models. (May 30, 2026) Located behind the Samsan Lotte Department Store in the heart of Ulsan.

Convenient transportation and plenty of places to eat and see.

Free Netflix access, free instant noodles, and free beverages provided.

Self-service laundry room available.

Partial parking assistance is provided for guests parking at the public parking lot one block away (10 meters away); however, this does not apply to single rooms. You must leave your key at the front desk to receive this assistance.

and we also conduct regular pest control once a month.

There is a public parking lot one block away from the motel. (Please do not confuse it with the private parking lot....)
