It was clean and very nice. I enjoyed the breakfast.

I stayed very comfortably in the ondol room with my baby! We went to Changwon and used the First Hotel Changwon Family Ondol Room. It was our baby's first hotel stay, and I think we made a good choice. The ondol room was the best! Because the floor is ondol heated, the baby could play freely, which was great. Instead of beds there were three floor mattresses, so it was easy to lie down and roll around with the baby, and I didn't worry about falls. The bathtub was especially large and clean, perfect for bathing the baby. The water pressure was good and hot water came quickly, so we used it without stress. The location is near Changwon City Hall so there were many places to eat nearby and it was convenient to get around. Parking was free too.

I think this hotel offers the best value for money.

The room is spacious and does not have any unpleasant smells. Breakfast was also appreciated every day with a tasty soup and about four side dishes. Cereal, bread, milk, and juice are provided. Inconveniences: in the room where I stayed for 4 nights on a business trip, there was no door from the living room to the bedroom, and there was a considerable amount of mold on the front of the bathroom sink that was left unattended. There was no valve in the sink drain, so all the dirty debris inside was visible, which I find unacceptable. Also, the parking lot is shared with commercial shops, so there are too few basic parking spaces and it is difficult to park even in the external parking area. This place may not suit everyone.
