- Please double-check your belongings before check-out. (If lost items are found, they will be held for one week before being disposed of.) The hotel does not ship lost items via courier.

However, please understand that noise may occur due to the nature of the neighborhood and singing within the building.

♥ Please note that refunds are not available due to noise when making your reservation.

♥ As lost room keys are a frequent occurrence, we charge a 50,000 won fee for lost keys.

♥ Entry may be restricted in the event of disruptive behavior.

If less than 2 hours remain after making a room reservation, it will be considered a no-show, and check-in may be restricted.

If you plan to check in after 3:00 a.m. on the day following your reservation date, you must contact us.

If we do not hear from you, or if you contact us but arrive after 5:00 a.m. the following day, you will be considered a no-show and will not be able to check in.

The front desk is open 24 hours a day.
