Had a nice stay~ The owner was kind.

There was a bad smell and it was dirty. There is no elevator. You have to pay 5,000 won to use the parking lot. Even if 5,000 won is not a large amount, it should be announced. The dust level was shocking.

I asked if early check-in was possible and went early, but the room hadn't been cleaned... So I checked in at the original check-in time. The room is fine for sleeping.

When checking out I said goodbye to the owner and somehow we ended up talking for about an hour. He even bought me coffee. I had a great rest — I'll definitely come again!

Not even worth 1 star. The owner’s personality was bad. They said the room key had been stolen but gave me a room without a key and did not inform me in advance. It said parking was available, but they just told me to park in the alley. When I asked for a refund, the person completely changed. I only entered the room to check it, but they claimed I had used it and refused a refund. I got so annoyed I went to another place. The room also smelled. Really awful.

I booked this because I only needed a place to sleep during my trip to Busan. The building looked old, but the bedding and cleaning were clean so there was no inconvenience staying there. The owner was kind, and considering the value for money it seemed like a very good choice. I recommend it.

The location was fine and overall it was a decent accommodation. There were a few disappointing aspects in the condition of the facilities. It wasn't really bad for the price, but it felt more ordinary than I expected. It seems like a reasonable choice for staying one night.
