L7 Hongdae by Lotte Hotel

I visited on a weekday and there were quite a few foreigners, and the pool was still not crowded so we pretty much had it to ourselves. I'm satisfied haha. The manager and staff were all extremely kind so I felt good, and cleanliness... needless to say it was very well maintained.

This is the accommodation I always stay at when I come on business trips. The facilities are clean and the service is good. The soundproofing is also pretty good. I rested well.

It was convenient to use since it's right in the middle of Hongdae, the hotel was clean and nearby amenities were convenient.

The location was very convenient because it's close to the station, and the room condition was also fine.

The standard room rate is 460,000 won, but the value for money is very poor. The bathroom smelled, the room was small, and breakfast was chaotic—maybe because there were too few staff. If I had known, I would have paid 50,000 won more and gone to a better hotel. Check-in being guided by an unmanned system was very disappointing... The bathroom tiles had limescale/stains. If the price is high, I wish they would operate with a system that matches it... Truly a very disappointing accommodation...

Perfect location for coming back after hanging out in Hongdae!!! Parking is not free; overnight guests must pay 10,000 won per day. Other than that it's perfect hehe 😊😊👍

The day I visited the Seoul weather was very cold, but the room condition was good and the bed was cozy, so it helped relieve my fatigue from travel. The staff's response was good and I was satisfied, but there were no Korean signs on the elevator and facility instructions, only English, which did not look good and made me feel like I was abroad even though I was a domestic traveler, so that was disappointing. Of course I understand this may reflect the hotel's location and character, but it felt like domestic guests were being neglected. Other aspects of the stay were good.

The location is good and it is clean.
