To ensure a smooth and safe check-in, please carefully read the following information before booking. ① Mandatory ID Verification Presenting an identification card for identity verification is mandatory during the check-in process. If you fail to bring an ID or cannot verify your identity, check-in may be restricted, so please be sure to bring your ID. ② Minors Prohibited from Check-in Minors are strictly prohibited from staying alone or in mixed-gender groups. If guests are identified as minors, check-in may be refused or guests will be asked to vacate immediately. ③ Family Room Mixed-Gender Stay Restrictions For family rooms, mixed-gender stays exceeding 3 guests who are not family members are not allowed. If a violation of this rule is confirmed, guests will be asked to vacate immediately, and cancellation and refunds will not be available. ④ All Rooms Strictly Non-Smoking All smoking activities inside the rooms, including e-cigarettes, are strictly prohibited. If indoor smoking is detected, a special cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW may be charged. ⑤ Room Noise Caution Please refrain from excessive noise that disturbs other guests, such as loud cheering, music, or parties late at night. If complaints arise from persistent noise or if there is no improvement despite the hotel's request to correct it, guests will be asked to vacate immediately.
