We request ID verification for both the primary guest and all companions upon check-in. This applies regardless of whether the booking was made instantly. If you cannot present an ID, check-in may be denied and no refund will be provided.
★ Strictly No Single-Occupancy for Minors
Minors are not allowed to check in, even for single occupancy.
(Infants and children are also not allowed even when accompanied by a guardian)
★★ If a minor is staying with a guardian for an exam:
Stay is permitted upon presenting the guardian's ID, the minor's ID, and a family relationship certificate.
★ Room interiors may vary slightly. Refunds or room changes are not available for this reason.
★ All rooms are based on 2 guests, and extra guests are strictly not allowed (except for suites). Refunds are not available for this reason.
