For Walk-In Special bookings, we offer discounted rates to our customers. However, some guests occasionally arrive with vehicles after booking the Walk-In Special.

Please double-check, and if you bring a vehicle, an additional fee of 5,000 KRW on weekdays / 10,000 KRW on weekends will apply.

(However, parking may be unavailable depending on the availability of parking space at the property on the day.)

Additional time for standard rooms is 10,000 KRW per hour.

Twin rooms are 20,000 KRW per hour~

Please visit on your scheduled booking date and state your name.

If the name of the booker and the guest checking in are different, please let us know in advance.

Rates for all rooms are based on 2 guests.

Guests staying for multiple consecutive nights over the weekend are requested to use the early check-in type. If you have booked consecutive nights with a standard room,

you must pay an additional fee of 10,000 KRW at the front desk.

A drum washing machine, dryer, and toaster are installed for your convenience.

※ Same-day cancellations are not available. If you do not check in by 2:00 AM, it will be considered a No-Show. If you are unable to make it, please be sure to contact us.

All rooms are non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, there is a designated smoking area located downstairs near the middle stairs.

Please park facing forward.

We rearrange vehicle positions based on the number and size of cars, and for this purpose, we are collecting all car keys.

Parking is limited to 1 vehicle per room. If an additional vehicle is inevitably brought, an extra fee of 10,000

KRW per vehicle will apply on weekdays.

(However, on Fridays and Saturdays, only 1 vehicle per room can be parked without exception.)

As weekends are busy, additional vehicles may not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

We would like to inform you about the disposal of delivery food ordered or food brought in by guests.

We would appreciate it if you could put leftover food in a bag and leave it in the central staircase hallway.

If glass bottles such as soju bottles are broken, the room cannot be sold, and in some cases, a 1-day room rate for that day may be charged. (Please exercise caution.)

Please refrain from eating food on the bed. If bed sheet stains are washable, a fee of 10,000 KRW will be charged.

If they are not washable, a fee of 80,000 KRW will be charged depending on the severity of the stain.

Please be aware of this.

Your small consideration greatly helps in keeping the rooms cleaner.

Please understand that it is difficult for our accommodation to allow additional guests beyond a mixed-gender couple (1 male and 1 female). (Except for immediate family members)

If additional guests beyond the above limits occur, please contact the front desk.

Please be advised that unauthorized check-in may result in eviction, and if refused, appropriate measures will be taken through due process in accordance with the Public Health Control Act.

In addition, please note that if a room becomes too noisy, you may be evicted after a warning.

We ask for your understanding as this is a measure to maintain a wholesome culture.

Check-out time is 12:00 PM. We hope this causes no inconvenience to your stay. If you wish for a late check-out, it is available (Late Check-out 2:00 PM / Long Time Stay 4:00 PM).
