For the “Walk-In Special,” we offer customers a discounted rate; however, there are occasional instances where customers book using this special but arrive with their own vehicle.

Please double-check this, and note that if you park your vehicle, an additional fee of 5,000 won on weekdays or 10,000 won on weekends will apply.

(However, parking may not be available depending on the availability of parking spaces at the facility on the day of your visit.)

The additional charge for a Standard Room is 10,000 won per hour.

A Twin Room is 20,000 won per hour~

Please arrive on your reservation date and provide your full name.

If the name on the reservation differs from the guest staying at the hotel, please let us know in advance.

All room rates are based on double occupancy.

If you are staying for multiple nights over the weekend, please select the “Early Check-in” option. If you have booked a standard room for a multi-night stay,

you will need to pay an additional 10,000 won at the front desk.

Convenient amenities include a front-loading washing machine, dryer, and toaster.

※ Same-day cancellations are not accepted. If you do not check in by 2:00 a.m., your reservation will be considered canceled, so please be sure to contact us if you are unable to arrive.

All rooms are non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, there is a designated smoking area at the bottom of the middle staircase.

Please park at the front of the building.

We are rearranging vehicle locations based on the number and size of vehicles, and for this purpose, we are collecting all car keys.

Parking is limited to one vehicle per room; if you must add an additional vehicle, an extra charge of 10,000

won per vehicle on weekdays.

(However, on Fridays and Saturdays, only one vehicle per room is permitted without exception.)

Weekends tend to be busy, so we may not be able to accommodate additional vehicles. We appreciate your understanding.

Here is some guidance regarding the disposal of food you have ordered for delivery or purchased.

Please place any leftover food in a bag and leave it in the hallway by the central staircase.

If glass bottles, such as soju bottles, are broken, we will be unable to rent out the room; therefore, depending on the circumstances, we may charge one day’s room rate. (Please be advised.)

Please refrain from eating in bed. If bed sheets are stained and can be laundered, a fee of 10,000 won will be charged.

If the stain is not washable, a fee of 80,000 won will be charged, depending on the nature of the stain.

Please keep this in mind.

All room types are based on a maximum occupancy of 2 guests. Below are the occupancy limits for same-sex guests.

Standard: Up to 2 guests

Business: Up to 2 guests

Deluxe Twin: Up to 2 guests

Deluxe Plus Twin: Up to 3 guests (Please contact the front desk to add an additional guest.)

The fee for an additional guest is 10,000 KRW per person on weekdays and 20,000 KRW per person on weekends.

Please note that our property does not allow additional guests beyond one person of the opposite sex per room (excluding immediate family members).

If you have more guests than the limits listed above, please contact the front desk.

Please be advised that unauthorized guests may be asked to leave; if you refuse to comply, appropriate measures will be taken in accordance with the Public Health Management Act.

Additionally, please be aware that if a room becomes excessively noisy, you may be asked to leave after receiving a warning.

We appreciate your understanding that these measures are in place to maintain a wholesome environment.
