For sedans exceeding G80 size (G90, K9, S-Class, etc.), SUVs exceeding Santa Fe size, freight vehicles, top-load trucks, multi-passenger vans (Carnival, Starex, G4, etc., large vehicles), low-chassis imported sedans that cannot enter underground parking, and tuned vehicles, parking may be restricted when using Standard rooms, so please inquire with the accommodation in advance.

Parking is available from Deluxe room reservations and above.

Only 1 car per room is allowed. Additional vehicles cannot be parked or will incur an additional parking fee.

Valet parking is provided when entering the parking lot.

Please follow the staff's guidance regarding the location of vehicles parked in the building's parking lot.

For smooth parking lot management, please leave your car keys at the front desk.

Please note that parking is not available before or after the room usage time.

Absolutely no pets allowed inside the hotel!! Forced eviction will occur upon entry, and cancellations or evictions due to this will not be refunded.

Absolutely no lighting of candles, attaching balloons, or other wall decorations inside the room.

Minors and guests without ID will absolutely not be allowed to check in, and cancellations or evictions due to this will not be refunded.

If using a Day Use reservation made via the app for an overnight stay exceeding the allocated time, a new payment for an overnight stay is required, not a conversion.

Mixed-gender stays are not permitted for 3 or more occupants.

Rooms cannot be transferred or rented to others.

Visits/entry are not permitted if exceeding the maximum occupancy.

For re-stays booked via the app, additional charges may apply depending on the check-in/out time gap, so please confirm with the front desk.

For Suite rooms, a Twin room will be assigned randomly if there is no prior request.

Netflix is logged in with the hotel account, but if viewing is unavailable due to recent company policy, please use a personal account.

Online reservations made without being aware of the notices are non-refundable and non-cancellable, so please make reservations carefully.

Customers wishing to book Duplex or Suite rooms will find it easier to book after calling.

All Day Use rooms cannot accommodate more than 2 people.

Depending on room availability, rooms may be assigned as Twin (double + single) or Duplex rooms.

Standard rooms are equipped with a shower booth, and all Deluxe or higher rooms have a bathtub.

All rooms are thoroughly disinfected and ventilated.

Please be sure to understand and book according to the government's social distancing guidelines by period and stage.

All rooms are based on 2 people per room. Additional charges may apply for exceeding the standard occupancy. (For Day Use, additional people are not allowed at all)

Disputes and cancellations arising from situations involving exceeding the maximum occupancy, gatherings, etc., are absolutely not possible.

Visits exceeding the maximum occupancy are also prohibited. (Please do not argue with statements such as 'I'll just be here for a bit,' or 'I'm not sleeping, I'm just leaving')
