Based on the NOL World Terms of Service, this Use Policy (this “Policy”) clarifies the terms and conditions governing use of NOL World services provided by Nol Universe Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) and sets forth the requirements that users must comply with to ensure proper use of the services. Therefore, please read this Policy carefully and comply with all applicable provisions.

[Chapter 1 Ticket Services]

Article 1 (Provision of Reservation Services)

  1. The Company provides information regarding performances, sporting events, exhibitions, and other events through the Company’s app or web, telephone services, and on-site information services, and offers related ticket reservation services.
  2. Specific matters relating to reservations, including the reservation period, may vary depending on the relevant product, payment method, ticket delivery method, and other factors. Further details are provided in the information for each product.
  3. For purposes including identity verification, the protection of bona fide users, and the establishment of a fair ticket reservation order, the Company may require passport verification through a specialized agency or other means of verification (“Identity Verification”). If a user fails to complete the Identity Verification, the Company may restrict the user’s use of the Services.

Article 2 (Regulations on Unlawful Use)

  1. In order to protect bona fide users, the Company may restrict the use of the services by the relevant user, for example, by canceling certain reservations or by setting a certain period during which reservations are restricted, in the following cases:
    1. Where the user reserves (or attempts to reserve) a ticket through unlawful means not permitted by the Company, including but not limited to (i) repeatedly accessing the site abnormally using a program; (ii) accessing the reservation page before the opening time by bypassing the method designated by the Company; (iii) abusing payment methods, such as deliberately withholding the relevant amount after choosing to make payment by deposit without a bankbook; and (iv) repeatedly making (large-quantity) reservations and canceling them later;
    2. Where the user uses the services for the purpose of selling or purchasing tickets through unauthorized channels (e.g., engaging in resales), or has previously sold or purchased tickets in this manner;
    3. Where the user purchases a ticket through unauthorized channels (e.g., from a reseller) or purchases a ticket from a third party who sells tickets in violation of the Terms and Conditions, the use agreement, or other policies or regulations of the Company;
    4. Where the user uses the services through unlawful means, such as by stealing another person’s information or entering false information for Identity Verification or ticket reservation;
    5. Where the user fails to pay debts to the Company by the due date, obtains unjust enrichment from the Company, or undermines the normal operation and provision of services by the Company, such as by making wrongful reports and disclosures, or spreading false information regarding the Company or any third party;
    6. Where the user disrupts other users’ ability to smoothly purchase and cancel tickets; and
    7. Other cases where it is deemed that the user’s conduct constitutes unlawful use equivalent to the foregoing.
  2. In the case of Paragraph 1 of this Article, the Company may grant the user a minimum period of one (1) day and request that the user provide an explanation. The user shall provide an explanation within this period, and if the explanation is deemed reasonable, the Company may lift the restriction on the user’s use of the services imposed under Paragraph 1 above.
  3. In the event that the user engages in an act that breaches Paragraph 1 of this Article and thereby causes damage to the Company or other users, the Company may take measures pursuant to the Terms of Service, including temporary or permanent suspension of the use of the services or termination of the use agreement.

Article 3 (Payment)

  1. Reservations may be canceled, if the payment is not made within the specified period for each product.
  2. Users shall be responsible for the information they enter in connection with the payment.
  3. Users shall use payment means in their own name and shall not arbitrarily use payment means in another person’s name. The Company may confirm whether users have the legitimate right to use the payment means they used, and if necessary, may suspend the transaction process or request the submission of explanatory materials. If a user refuses to comply with the foregoing or is deemed to have made a fraudulent payment, the user may be restricted from using the services. In addition, a user shall be fully liable for any losses or damages incurred by the Company, the lawful owner of payment means, the electronic payment gateway or brokerage service provider, the seller, and others, as a result of the user’s arbitrary use of payment means in another person’s name.

Article 4 (Delivery of Tickets)

The Company shall deliver tickets reserved by users through on-site collection or other applicable methods. The specific method of ticket delivery, any associated fees, and the time required for delivery may vary depending on the relevant product.

Article 5 (Mobile Tickets)

A “Mobile Ticket” means a ticket reserved by a user through the Company that is displayed in the form of a barcode, QR code, or other identifying means via the Company’s mobile app or web, and shall have the same effect as a printed ticket.

Article 6 (Cancellation and Refund of Reservations)

  1. Cancellation deadlines of tickets vary by individual product and may be changed after being separately posted on each product page, in the reservation details, or after notifying the user. Cancellation deadlines may change as a result of the circumstances of the host or the venue.
  2. If a ticket reserved by a user is lost or damaged, cancellation, change, or reissuance of the ticket will not be allowed.
  3. If the Company or the seller is unable to provide a ticket reserved by a member due to unavoidable circumstances, the Company may notify the member of its inability to fulfill the transaction within one (1) day from the date on which the member reserved the ticket and may cancel the transaction and issue a refund.
  4. If it is reasonably determined that a member entered into a ticket purchase contract by taking advantage of an obvious error that could not reasonably be regarded as a normal transaction condition (e.g., a material error in pricing, seat information, ticket type, benefits, or the ticket sales opening time) and that the member knew or should have known of such error, the Company may, upon prior notice, cancel the relevant reservation and issue a refund. In such case, the Company shall bear no liability in connection with such cancellation.

Article 7 (Cancellation/Refund Policy)

Cancellation/refund policy and cancellation fees may vary by product, and cancellations and refunds shall be processed according to the specific instructions, if any, provided on each product page, in announcements, or during the cancellation and refund process.

Article 8 (Refund Processing Time )

The refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method used, and it generally takes five (5) to seven (7) business days.

[Chapter 2 Accommodation Services]

Article 9 (Cancellation and Refund of Accommodation Products)

  1. The cancellation and refund policy applicable to accommodation products shall be governed by the individual policy of the relevant seller (accommodation provider), and the Company shall disclose such policy on the relevant product detail page or through other applicable means.
  2. If a user cancels a reservation on the check-in date or fails to check in without prior notice (no-show), the reservation may be non-refundable in accordance with the seller (accommodation provider)’s policy.

Article 10 (Terms and Conditions for Overseas Accommodations)

For accommodations located overseas (outside the Republic of Korea), local laws and regulations, customs, and the accommodation provider’s individual policies may prevail. Any local accommodation taxes (e.g., city tax) or other charges shall, unless otherwise specified, be paid directly by the user on site.

[Chapter 3 Amendment and Mutatis Mutandis Application of Policy]

The details of this Policy may be amended from time to time without prior notice; provided, however, that if any amendment is unfavorable to members, the Company shall provide notice in accordance with Article 3 of the Terms of Service, and members’ continued use of the services following such notice shall be deemed acceptance of the amended policy.
