Accommodation Rules

Guests must comply with all regulations (e.g., rules and terms and conditions) of each accommodation facility. Failure to comply with such regulations may result in refusal of check-in, eviction from the accommodation, the imposition of an additional charge, or other measures. Any and all responsibility arising from such violations shall rest with the booking and/or occupying guest. Guests are therefore advised to review the accommodation facility’s rules and facility information.

If the number of guests exceeds the maximum occupancy permitted under the applicable regulations, use of the accommodation may be denied, or additional charges may be imposed for the excess guests. Any and all responsibility arising from such excess occupancy shall rest with the booking and/or occupying guest.

As reservations for all accommodation facilities are processed in real time, a reservation may be changed to a “pending” or “canceled” status due to overbooking or other circumstances affecting the accommodation facility, even after it has been “immediately confirmed upon reservation.” In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded automatically.

Please note that, pursuant to applicable laws and regulations, such as the Youth Protection Act, minors (juveniles under the age of 19) are prohibited from mixed-gender occupancy and may not stay together without the accompaniment of a legal guardian. If check-in is not possible on-site for this reason, cancellation and refund shall not be permitted.

Information about each accommodation facility is provided as a reference for reservations and may differ from the actual conditions due to changes at the accommodation or other reasons. Accordingly, Nol Universe Co., Ltd. (“Nol Universe”) shall not be liable unless such difference is attributable to Nol Universe’s failure to properly reflect the photos, information, etc. of the accommodation facility provided by the partner seller on NOL.

Nol Universe issues an annual notice requesting partner sellers to conduct checks to ensure that campground photos and information listed on NOL are displayed and posted in a manner consistent with the actual conditions (including by confirming consistency with the campgrounds’ actual appearance and posting the most recent images).

Requests for room preferences (e.g., non-smoking rooms or high-floor rooms) will be forwarded to the accommodation; however, final room allocation shall be determined at the accommodation’s discretion, and Nol Universe does not guarantee that such requests will be fulfilled. Please take this into consideration when making a reservation.
