  We went to this store yesterday (Saturday) to get our passport covers stamped. Initially our advisor Nate said no problem, it will be done by tomorrow so you can come pick up the passport cover tomorrow. We were fine with that since we were only leaving Seoul in 2 days and we agreed. Once he realized that was all we were there for and were not planning to purchase anything that day, he suddenly changed his mind and said that the stamping would take 2 days and we can only pick it up Monday after 12. We had to be at Incheon airport by 12 so we asked him if there’s any way we can pick it up on Sunday as previously mentioned or even Monday when the store opens at 11 am. He did not budge and lied that there were so many covers waiting to be stamped and showed us only one that was waiting to be stamped. We kept asking if there’s any way to get it done and that we were leaving on Monday but he did not care. He then proceeded to lie that the stamping machine was broken at the end of the conversation. We had the worst service at this store and will never come back. Please go to the Myeongdong location instead, they have the best service and stamped our passports same day.

  Came in for hot stamping. Was also looking for men wallet and passport cover for my spouse. Attended by Matt. The service was fantastic. He was patient and assist me with my requirement for my desire wallet. Sadly there was no stock in Seoul. The passport cover which my spouse wanted was also not available in this store. Regardless, he went ahead with my hot stamping and I appreciate his recommended city design. Great service overall.

  Louis Vuitton Seoul Dosan feels less like a regular boutique and more like a carefully curated fashion space. The exterior immediately catches your attention, and the overall atmosphere reflects the kind of visual identity people often associate with luxury flagships in Seoul. What I appreciated most was the balance between branding, architecture, and experience. Even without shopping, the visit still feels worthwhile because the store itself offers a strong sense of place. The layout is clean, the presentation is polished, and the entire space feels intentional. It also fits naturally into a walk around the Dosan area, especially if you enjoy fashion, design, and contemporary retail spaces with a clear aesthetic point of view. Overall, this is a memorable flagship for both its visual presence and its atmosphere.

  Beautifully designed store that feels more like an art gallery than a shop. We visited in the late morning and it was quiet, with attentive and polite staff. The space is bright, elegant, and well-curated — worth a visit even just to admire the architecture.

  Beautiful store ~~ I made a reservation to go there! I loved having everything explained to me and I could also shop around comfortably! I visited the cafe and it’s a little small but cute. I tried the coffee, and it was the some of the best coffee. It was from camel coffee!!! Cherry and coffee is such a good combo please try it once! Also I would visit here around Christmas time ~
