Came in for hot stamping. Was also looking for men wallet and passport cover for my spouse. Attended by Matt. The service was fantastic. He was patient and assist me with my requirement for my desire wallet. Sadly there was no stock in Seoul. The passport cover which my spouse wanted was also not available in this store. Regardless, he went ahead with my hot stamping and I appreciate his recommended city design. Great service overall.

Beautifully designed store that feels more like an art gallery than a shop. We visited in the late morning and it was quiet, with attentive and polite staff. The space is bright, elegant, and well-curated — worth a visit even just to admire the architecture.

Great spot for both photographers and fans of the Vuitton brand. The staff are all exquisitely nice, and the installations (when I went it was all about their collaborations, both past and present, with Japanese artist Takashi Murakami) were wonderful eye candy. Not to mention they have a mini cafe upstairs. Definitely worth a visit.

The store is so beautiful that the waiting time is quite long. The staff were very kind and provided detailed explanations about the store collection and products, which made the experience very pleasant. The café also offers a variety of menu items and has plenty of photo-worthy spots.
