A legendary, long-standing tteokbokki restaurant famous in Eunpyeong-gu. Featured on various media outlets, including *Wednesday Food Talk*, it is renowned for its spicy broth-based tteokbokki. The moment you take a spoonful, the spiciness hits the roof of your mouth, but the heat is only momentary; as it goes down your throat, it leaves a warm, comforting sensation, reminiscent of a hangover soup broth. The rice cakes appear to be a mix of wheat and glutinous rice cakes, but judging by how well they absorb the broth, the wheat cakes seem to make up a larger proportion. With each bite, the spicy broth permeates the rice cakes, allowing you to experience a chewy texture and a rich, intense flavor of the spicy broth as you chew. While the supporting dishes like yakimandu, gimari, and sundae are decent, the tteokbokki is a must-order to fully enjoy the meal. A place you absolutely must visit if you are a tteokbokki enthusiast!

I think the restaurant is good. 떡볶이 is not spicy. It is so delicious. Price is not expensive, and staff is kind.
