King Sejong Memorial Hall

The museum honors and preserves the achievements of King Sejong the Great, the fourth king of the Joseon Dynasty. There are a total of four exhibition rooms in the museum, including the 'Biography Room' with 14 paintings depicting the feats of King Sejong the Great, and the 'Hangeul Room' with more than 100 Korean literature such as the 'Korean Language Dictionary', tablets of letters, and various materials.

Outside, various monuments are on display, including a statue of King Sejong the Great. The exhibits are an excellent way to learn about history, from the magnificent statue and monument to King Sejong, the Sindobi, to his inventions, such as 'Haesigae (sundial)', a device that measures time by the movement of the sun, and 'Mulsigae (water clock)', a device that measures time by the amount of water.
