This concert provides mobile tickets only, and there are two methods for entry. The first is to show your ID and the mobile ticket from your reservations page. Alternatively, if you complete your FacePass registration before arriving, you can enjoy immediate entry without any ID or ticket checks!

Q. How do I get to Goyang Sports Complex?
As parking is not available inside the venue, we recommend using public transport or shuttles. The closest subway station to Goyang Sports Complex is Daehwa Station, the terminus of Line 3. With its short distance from the station, the venue offers relatively good accessibility among concert venues in the Seoul metropolitan area.

Q. When can I enter the venue?
Entry for the Sound Check starts 5 hours before the show. Entry for the R&S ticket holders starts 3 hours before the show. Operating hours are subject to change based on the venue's on-site situation on the day of the event.

Q. Can I re-enter the venue?
As for the SOUND CHECK ticket holders, you may exit and re-enter the venue from the end of the sound check event up until one hour before the main performance begins. Re-entry is not permitted if you leave the venue in the hour leading up to the main performance. For R and S ticket holders, re-entry is not permitted once you have entered the venue.
