BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE: Mobile Ticket Offline Feature Guide
The BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE ARIRANG, scheduled for March 21 at Gwanghwamun, is fast approaching. Due to the large crowds expected on the day of the show, network connections may be unstable. To ensure a smooth ticket check and fast entry, we highly recommend saving your mobile ticket for offline use before arriving at the venue.
The mobile ticket offline feature is available on NOL World app only, and with the following app versions: ✅ iOS 2.0.0 or higher ✅ AOS 2.0.0 or higher
How to Save Mobile Ticket for Offline Access
☑️ NOL World App > My Account > Reservations > Mobile Ticket 1️⃣ Tap the performance schedule section on the mobile ticket screen. 2️⃣ When the QR code screen appears, select the hamburger icon. 3️⃣ Click [Save tickets offline]. 4️⃣ Once completed, a notification window will appear.
How to See Your Saved Ticket
Saved offline tickets will be available for viewing starting from 00:00AM on the day of the event. Please note that offline tickets can only be accessed when your device is disconnected from the network (e.g., Airplane Mode).
1️⃣ Turn on Airplane Mode or turn off mobile data to disconnect your device from the network.
2️⃣ Open the NOL World app.
3️⃣ When the [Please try again later] page appears, select the [Mobile ticket] button at the bottom right.
Please note that offline ticket viewing is only possible when your device network is disconnected. If your network connection is stable, simply present your QR code to the staff by navigating to: Nol World App > Reservations > Mobile Ticket, as instructed on the ticket page.
